Dr. Mousa Arfayeh, Dean of the College of Dual Studies at Palestine Polytechnic University (PPU), participated in the prestigious EU4DUAL 2025 Conference held across Spain and France, representing the university. This conference is considered one of the leading global academic events dedicated to advancing the future of dual higher education in Europe and beyond. It brought together universities, educational institutions, and companies from around the world, offering valuable opportunities for international networking and collaboration.
As part of his participation, Dr. Arfayeh delivered a keynote speech at ESTIA Institute of Technology in Bidart, France, titled: “Dual Higher Education in Palestine: Opportunities and Challenges.” The speech highlighted the progress made by PPU in the field of dual education, key partnerships developed, and the university’s unique model that integrates education, training, innovation, and resilience in overcoming challenges.
Dr. Arfayeh also took part in a panel discussion at Mondragon University in Spain, entitled: “Dual Higher Education as a Catalyst for Social Transformation,” alongside a distinguished group of international experts and specialists.
The conference sessions addressed key themes such as the green economy, dual education, and the future of the labor market.
PPU emphasized the importance of actively participating in such international events, reaffirming its commitment to representing Palestine on the global stage and strengthening partnerships with European universities to build more innovative and impactful educational systems.
