As part of a series of field visits organized by the College of Dual Studies at Palestine Polytechnic University in coordination with the Amman Chamber of Commerce, and with the support and funding of the German Cooperation Organization through the “More Job Opportunities” program, a delegation from the university visited Al-Hussein Technical University in the Jordanian capital, Amman, aiming to exchange experiences and strengthen academic cooperation in the fields of applied and dual education.
The delegation was led by the University’s Vice President for Planning and Development, Engineer Ayman Sultan, and included the Dean of the College of Dual Studies, Dr. Mousa Arfaia, Ms. Ayat Abdeen, and Ms. Ghadeer Shaheen from the college staff, along with Mr. Nour Al-Din Al-Qawasmi representing Hebron Municipality and Mr. Hazem Jarrar representing the Palestinian Islamic Bank.
The delegation was welcomed by the President of Al-Hussein Technical University, Dr. Ismail Al-Hanati, and a number of academic and administrative staff members, who introduced the university’s experience in applied education and methods of connecting students with the private sector and the labor market.
The delegation also toured the university’s facilities and laboratories, exploring the advanced infrastructure that Al-Hussein Technical University provides to support both academic and applied programs.
At the conclusion of the visit, both sides emphasized the importance of continued communication and experience exchange between the two universities, contributing to the development of dual education programs and enhancing academic and professional cooperation between Palestine and Jordan.
ضمن سلسلة الزيارات الميدانية التي تُنظمها كلية الدراسات الثنائية في جامعة بوليتكنك فلسطين بالتنسيق مع غرفة تجارة عمّان، وبدعم وتمويل من مؤسسة التعاون الالماني من خلال برنامج المزيد من فرص العمل، زار وفد من الجامعة جامعة الحسين التقنية في العاصمة الأردنية عمّان، بهدف تبادل الخبرات وتعزيز التعاون الأكاديمي في مجالات التعليم التطبيقي والثنائي.
وترأس الوفد نائب رئيس الجامعة للتخطيط والتطوير المهندس أيمن سلطان، وضمّ كلًا من عميد كلية الدراسات الثنائية الدكتور موسى ارفاعية، والأستاذة آيات عابدين، والأستاذة غدير شاهين من طاقم الكلية، إضافةً إلى الأستاذ نور الدين القواسمي ممثلًا عن بلدية الخليل، والأستاذ حازم جرار ممثلًا عن البنك الإسلامي الفلسطيني.
وقد كان في استقبال الوفد رئيس جامعة الحسين التقنية الأستاذ الدكتور إسماعيل الحنطي وعدد من أعضاء الطاقم الأكاديمي والإداري في الجامعة، حيث رحّبوا بالوفد واستعرضوا تجربة الجامعة في التعليم التطبيقي وأساليب ربط الطلبة بالقطاع الخاص وسوق العمل.
كما قام الوفد بجولة ميدانية في مرافق الجامعة ومختبراتها، واطّلع على البنية التحتية المتقدمة التي توفرها جامعة الحسين التقنية لدعم البرامج الأكاديمية والتطبيقية.
وفي ختام الزيارة، أكّد الجانبان أهمية استمرار التواصل وتبادل الخبرات بين الجامعتين، بما يسهم في تطوير برامج التعليم الثنائي وتعزيز التعاون الأكاديمي والمهني بين فلسطين والأردن.
