Dual Studies College at Polytechnic University of Palestine and PalPay Company signed a Memorandum of Understanding at the company’s main headquarters in Ramallah. The agreement aims to collaborate on training college students within the company’s branches, as well as to exchange experiences between the two parties. The signing ceremony was attended by the College’s dean, Dr. Musa Arfa’iyeh, and from PalPay, its director, Dr. Muawiya Al-Qawasmi. The event was also attended by a delegation from Polytechnic University of Palestine, PalPay, and representatives from the German cooperation organization GIZ.
Dr. Arfa’iyeh expressed his delight at the collaboration with PalPay, highlighting the company’s commitment to providing the latest technologies and electronic payment solutions across various sectors, aligning with the specialization in Financial Technology at the Dual Studies College.
Dr. Al-Qawasmi welcomed the partnership, expressing his admiration for the dual studies system, particularly in the field of Financial Technology. He emphasized that electronic payment solutions have become a fundamental pillar for the development of service, economic, and developmental sectors
