
Palestine Polytechnic University (PPU) formed a distinguished High Steering Committee to oversee the organization and success of its first academic conference titled “The Reality, Challenges, and Prospects of Dual Studies.”
The committee brought together key university leaders and professionals, each contributing their expertise to ensure the conference achieved its academic, strategic, and community objectives. Members of the committee included:
• Eng. Ayman Sultan – Vice President for Planning and Development Affairs
• Dr. Waleed Rimawi – Vice President for Administrative Affairs
• Dr. Mousa Rfou’a – Dean of the College of Dual Studies
• Dr. Mohammad Abu Taha – Assistant to the University President for Community Service
• Eng. Yousef Salah – Director of the University President’s Office
• Ms. Nahed Salahat – Director of the Public Relations Department at PPU
This leadership committee played a central role in setting the vision, facilitating collaboration with stakeholders, and ensuring the conference addressed the core themes of dual studies and their role in shaping the future of higher education in Palestine.
The conference was supported by several strategic partners, including GIZ and the German Development Cooperation, reflecting a strong international commitment to the development and sustainability of the dual studies model in the region.
